PayPal
- At the PayPal site, please CONTINUE through ALL of the screens until you are returned to this store to complete the order. Failure to do so could result in your order not being processed correctly.
Mastercard, Visa, or Discover
- For security purposes, we require the Card Security Code on your credit card. For most credit cards, enter the three-digit number that follows your account number on the back of your card.
American Express
- If you have an American Express card, enter the four-digit number printed above your account number on the front of your card.

Check Payments
- For check payments we only require that you provide us with the number of the check you will be using to pay for your purchase. Upon receipt of your check or money order (and your check clearing our bank), we will complete processing your order and your subscription will begin with our next regularly scheduled delivery.
Gift Certificate:
- Once you have redeemed your "Gift Certificate", to complete your "Gift Certificate" purchase please select the appropriate shipping method and your preferred payment option below to proceed to the next screen.
- If your "Gift Certificate" is sufficient to cover your entire purchase and preferred shipping method, please select "Check" as your payment method and you will not need to provide any additional information when you proceed to the next screen. No additional information will be required.
- If your "Gift Certificate" is not sufficient to cover your entire purchase and preferred shipping method, please select your preferred payment method and proceed to the next screen to complete your order.
- Please note: Shipping and sales tax expenses will be applied to your certificate balance upon completion of your order.
