Auto-Ship Orders
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR AUTO-SHIP ORDER WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR SHIPMENT ON THE SCHEDULE YOU HAVE SELECTED UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT OR WE SUSPEND OR TERMINATE IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.
You are required to create an account in order to purchase a Auto-Ship order.
When you select to receive shipments of Auto-Ship orders, you will have the opportunity to choose (a) the products to be shipped and (b) the frequency of each shipment and associated payment.
We will automatically ship your Auto-Ship order on the schedule you select and charge your payment method unless we or you cancel shipment of your Auto-Ship order in accordance with these Terms.
You will receive an email from us about 10 days in advance of each order shipping letting you know that you will be charged for your next order. We charge your payment about 5 days before your next shipping date. We will charge your payment method for the applicable Auto-Ship cost for the product(s) you ordered plus any shipping and handling costs and sales or similar taxes that may be charged with your Auto-Ship order. You authorize this Auto-Ship charge by agreeing to the automatic shipment of your Auto-Ship order on the schedule selected by you at the time your order was placed until canceled by you or us.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your Auto-Ship order at least 10 days prior to the date of your next Auto-Ship order shipping. You may cancel your Auto-Ship order at any time online by managing your account at toothbrushexpress.com (My Account), clicking “View Details” next to your Auto-Ship order number and then clicking the “Cancel This Order” button, or by emailing us at [email protected]
If you cancel your Auto-Ship order before your first order ships, your first order may or may not be cancelled and related amounts paid may or may not be refunded to you, depending on factors including the status of your order in our shipping process. Orders may not be canceled after they have shipped. You will be notified at the time of cancellation if any of your charged orders will not be cancelled and refunded.
You understand that we will continue to bill your payment method on an Auto-Ship basis based on the product(s) and shipping frequency you selected until you cancel. We do not accept any responsibility or offer refunds for subsequent Auto-Ship shipments if you have failed to cancel your Auto-Ship order before your next shipment’s payment date.
You cannot pause or modify an Auto-Ship order. Once placed, an Auto-Ship order may only be canceled. If you want to pause deliveries, skip a delivery, modify the delivery schedule or modify the products ordered, you must cancel your Auto-Ship order and place a new order.
If a product you ordered is temporarily unavailable at the time it is to be shipped, we will email you to let you know of the expected delay. If a product is no longer available because it has been discontinued or for any other reason, we may either cancel your Auto-Ship order or email you to suggest a substitute product.
We may cancel your Auto-Ship order at any time if you do not make any payment to us when it is due. We reserve the right to not ship any products to you unless your payment for those products has cleared.
We may also cancel your Auto-Ship order at any time if: (a) you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the product(s), for example, your full and correct shipping address including any unit, apartment, lot or suite numbers; (b) you do not provide us with a valid email address or an email that we send you is returned as undeliverable for any reason; (c) you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the product(s) to you; or (d) we suspect that a purchase was fraudulently made or an account was fraudulently set up.
