To return a product, you must request an RMA. Click here to submit an RMA. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
Defective or Incorrect Products:
- We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 10 days from the date of your receipt of the product. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of your receipt of the product. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for the return of defective or incorrect products we shipped to you.
Box or Case Quantity Purchases:
- Products sold in box and case quantities must be returned for a refund within 10 days of your receipt of the product and are subject to a 25% restocking fee with a minimum restocking fee of $25.
- Products sold in box and case quantities may only be returned if all boxes and cases are unopened and in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Special Orders, Bulk Orders, and Orders Made with a Purchase Order:
- Special orders, bulk orders, and orders made with a purchase order cannot be returned or refunded.
All Other Returns:
- For all other returns, you may only return unopened products in their original packaging and in good condition. Products must be returned for a refund within 10 days of your receipt of the product. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Returns Must Be Mailed To:
- All returns must be mailed to the address below.
- Please include your "Order Number" or a printed copy of your order confirmation.
- To guarantee delivery we suggest you include tracking with your return.
- Refunds will be processed within one to two business days of receipt and inspection of returns.
