Cancel Auto-Ship

You may cancel auto-ship at any time online by managing your auto-ship order in your account account at toothbrushexpress.com (My Account), clicking “View Details” next to your recurring order number and then clicking the “Cancel This Order” button or by emailing us at [email protected]

To avoid being charged for placed orders that you no longer wish to receive in the event of a auto-ship cancellation, you must cancel prior to the date when you are to be charged for your next order, which is emailed to you about 10 days in advance of each delivery. We charge your payment about 5 days before your next shipping date.

If you cancel auto-ship before receiving your first order, your first order may or may not be cancelled and related amounts paid may or may not be refunded to you, depending on factors including the status of your order in our shipping process. You will be notified at the time of cancellation if any of your charged orders will be not cancelled and refunded. 

Remember, auto-ship is just an option and you may cancel at any time.
